• Orders may be initiated through our Website, Email, or phone.
• Work begins once full or partial payment is received.
• Project timelines commence after all necessary materials and briefs have been provided.
• Any change in scope may affect deadlines or costs.

4.1 Change of Mind

• A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of payment if work has not begun.
• Refunds requested after 24 hours may include processing deductions.

4.2 Service Non-Compliance

• We offer unlimited revisions within the original project scope.
• Partial refunds may be issued upon mutual Agreement if expectations are not met.

4.3 Missed Deadlines

Refunds apply only when:

• You've sent at least three follow-ups, and
• The delay is solely our responsibility.

4.4 Refund Timeframe

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the final delivery date.
• No claims are accepted after this period.

4.5 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Minor revisions or stylistic preferences.
• Projects inactive for more than 20 days.
• Services are used for unethical or illegal purposes.
• Cancellations due to a change of mind after work has commenced.

• Revisions apply only within the original project scope.
• Requests beyond scope incur additional fees.
• Lack of client response for 10+ days after delivery signifies project approval.

• Projects with no communication for 20 days are marked as abandoned.
• A reactivation fee will apply to resume work.
• Refunds are not issued for abandoned projects.

• Projects are considered complete if no claim or revision is requested within 10 days of the final delivery date.
• After this period, the project will be closed, and no further disputes will be entertained.

• Upon full payment, clients gain exclusive ownership rights to all deliverables.
• NYC Publishing Press does not reuse, resell, or share your original work.
• We may feature anonymized work samples in our portfolio unless restricted by an NDA.

• Clients are responsible for the lawful use of content.
• We strictly prohibit plagiarism, fraud, or any illegal usage.
• You agree to indemnify NYC Publishing Press against all legal consequences arising from misuse.

• All content produced by our team is 100% original.
• AI tools may only be used with the client's consent.
• Plagiarism reports can be requested upon completion of the assignment.

• We claim rights only to visuals created in-house.
• Clients are responsible for securing licenses for any third-party materials.
• All in-house visuals are royalty-free unless stated otherwise.

• We may use third-party tools for hosting, communication, or payments.
• By using our services, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of third parties.

• Even approved refunds may be subject to non-refundable administrative and transaction fees.
• A full refund (100%) is only granted under specific, stated conditions.

Once final deliverables are handed over, NYC Publishing Press is not responsible for:

• Defamation or misuse of published material.
• Legal or academic consequences resulting from content use.
• Any damages caused by unauthorized reproduction or distribution.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by client inaction or technical failures.
• Any jurisdiction-specific legal restrictions beyond our control.

• Updates will be reflected by a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.

This Publishing Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NYC Publishing Press ("Publisher") and the client ("Author" or "Customer") for the provision of publishing services. The following terms and conditions govern this engagement:

1. Scope of Services

NYC Publishing Press agrees to provide publishing services as outlined in the project scope, including, but not limited to, editing, formatting, design, ISBN registration, and distribution support.

2. Author's Responsibility

The Author shall provide all required content, text, images, artwork, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Materials") for publication.
The Author confirms that all Materials submitted:

• Are original or legally obtained with appropriate rights and permissions.
• Do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
• Are not forged, plagiarized, or unlawfully copied from any source.

3. Copyright and Ownership

The Author retains full copyright ownership of their Materials.
The Author grants NYC Publishing Press a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

4. Indemnification

The Author agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NYC Publishing Press and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Allegations of copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights.
• Inaccurate, false, or defamatory content provided by the Author.

5. Limitation of Liability

NYC Publishing Press does not accept responsibility or liability for:

• Leaks, unauthorized distribution, or access to any content or Materials once provided by the Author.
• Loss or damage arising from data breaches, theft, or misuse outside the reasonable control of the Publisher.

6. Confidentiality

While NYC Publishing Press takes standard industry precautions to maintain the confidentiality of submitted content, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Author agrees to submit only finalized, non-sensitive content for publishing purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, NYC Publishing Press will return all submitted content and cease any further distribution or processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
This document represents the complete Agreement between the parties.
