Refund Policy

Welcome to NYC Publishing Press!

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional publishing, editing, writing, design, and marketing services tailored to your vision. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested, as well as the process for processing them.

1

General Refund Overview

Due to the personalized and creative nature of our services, full refunds are typically not available once work has commenced. However, we value transparency and fairness — all refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A written refund request is submitted to info@nycpublishingpress.com
  • The request must be made within 10 days of product delivery or 5 business days of payment, if no delivery has occurred.
  • The work is in early stages or has not yet started.
2

Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Change of Mind

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order (before work begins): 100% refund (minus transaction fees).
  • After 24 hours but before project initiation: Refunds will include deductions for service and transaction fees.

2.2 Non-Delivery of Service

If NYC Publishing Press fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, a full or prorated refund will be provided based on the project's progress.

2.3 Non-Compliance with Delivery Standards

If the delivered work does not meet the agreed scope and remains unsatisfactory after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

2.4 Delay in Delivery

If delays occur due to our fault and we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, a refund will be offered accordingly.
